It is a BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) company. The core business of this company includes building construction and engineering related services, general supply and construction trading. Copacetic (Pyt) Ltd is 100% owned by historical disadvantaged Brothers, It was started in 2016 in Ba Phalaborwa Municipality, Limpopo Province. Jonathan Rikhotso and Joshua Rikhotso are the founders of this company. They started this company in order to create employment opportunities for themselves and for the other unemployed members of the community with emphasis on youth, women and people with disability. Copacetic (Pty) Ltd was legally registered in 2016 as a private Company with CIPRO (Companies and intellectual property registration office) to make it a legal entity and to comply with various legislation.
